A Little About Me

My name is Lene Cecilie, but my friends call me “Lenski” (hence my photographer name). I am 29 years old. Born in Norway, raised in the Philippines — lived there for 12 years.

I love spending time with my family & the ones closest to me. I love traveling, and going on adventures. I don’t take myself too seriously, and love a good laugh. I am a physiotherapist, but currently working part-time as an assistant until I can go full-time with my photography. I am currently settled in Bergen, Norway — but would love to travel to your destination.

I was gifted my first camera in 2017 & started photographing weddings in 2020. My love for photography started out with self-portraits, but I later found a passion for couples photography when I found the love of my life in Bergen. I wanted to capture our love on camera to look back on in the future.

Getting “the shot” of my husband & I gave me so much joy. When I realized that a single photo could make me fall in love all over again, I knew that I wanted to give that same feeling to other couples. And that is when I started “ThroughMyLenski”.

We got married in Italy on our 5 year anniversary, March of 2024. I will forever recommend planning a wedding that represents you as a couple & to make sure it is what you want & no one else. Doing what you want is the perfect recipe for your dream wedding. Having had my own wedding has helped motivate & inspire me even more as a wedding photographer. I will be using everything I have experienced & learnt as a bride into my upcoming weddings.
